We deliver our water in 3 or 5 gallon size bottles
with handles. Your delivery schedule options include weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on call (you call us when you are ready
for a water delivery).
NO CONTRACTS
That’s right. Our belief is that you should want to stay with All
Pure Water.
BOTTLE DEPOSITS
A bottle deposit is charged at the beginning of your
service for each bottle you receive. If you request additional bottles (above the number of bottles you first received),
you will be charged corresponding bottle deposits. If at any time you decide to cancel our service, upon receiving our bottles
back we will refund your bottle deposits.
BILLING INFORMATION
You will receive a regular invoice in the mail indicating all charges for the monthly
billing period. You may pay your driver or mail your remittance to All Pure Water, 3020 Prather Ln., Santa Cruz, CA 95065.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
After the initial setup of your service you will receive in the mail a
delivery schedule indicating delivery dates for the remainder of the year. If you lose your schedule, call us (831-479-1653)
and we will drop one off at your next delivery.
FIRST DELIVERY
It is best that
you are home for the initial setup. After that, all you have to do is make arrangements with our driver on where to leave
your bottles if you are not home. Please do not forget to leave your empty bottles out!
EXTRA
DELIVERY
If you need extra water, please call us (831-479-1653) and we will get it to you as soon as possible.
DELIVERIES THAT FALL ON HOLIDAYS
If your delivery day falls on a holiday, we will
deliver the day before or the day after. Check your calendar.
SKIPPING
A DELIVERY OR GOING ON VACATION
If you need to skip a delivery or are going on vacation and will not need a delivery
for a while, just call our office at 831-479-1653 at least 24 hours in advance.
DELIVERY AREAS
We
deliver to the Santa Cruz, Soquel, Capitola, Aptos, Freedom, Watsonville, Corralitos, Scotts Valley, Felton, Gilroy, and
Morgan Hill areas.
FREE TRIAL
We challenge you to try our water absolutely free for two weeks next to
your existing bottled water company. See for yourself how refreshing our water is. At the end of two weeks, if you are not
impressed with our water and our service, there is no obligation and we will simply pick up our bottles and dispenser. (Limit
one free trial per home or office.)
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Ice cold distilled water is wonderful. When your
friends try it at your home or office, it is likely that they will want the water for themselves. In fact, many of our customers
have come to us after having the water at a friend’s. We really appreciate these referrals and want to reward you for them.
When you refer someone to All Pure Water, we will give them a two week free trial and we will credit your account for two
free bottles of water.
THE WATER WE DELIVER
The water we delivery is of the highest quality water available
in the world. Our equipment is manufactured by Martinstill Corp. in Lincoln, Nebraska. Martinstill Corp. specializes in
building distillation systems for hospitals, universities, bottling companies, laboratories and other high purity water
applications. Martinstill Corp. has the only patented process for removing organic chemical gasses during the distillation
process.

OFFICE OR HOME WATER COOLER UPKEEP
So you have made the decision
to enjoy our steam-distilled drinking water, the purest and best tasting water available. To help preserve your water's
superior quality, follow these simple "home care" tips:

Wipe
the top of each bottle with a clean cloth or paper towel before placing it on the water cooler. This eliminates any
dust that may accumulate during delivery or storage at your home or office.

Wipe the top of the water cooler off every so often. This also eliminates any dust that may accumulate.

Wipe the spigots off every so often to keep them clean.
The above tips are only to assist you with maintaining the best possible water quality at
all times, BUT IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW YOUR PRIVILEGES AS A WATER COOLER CUSTOMER!

If the water cooler you are renting from us is not performing properly, please give
us a call (831-479-1653). We will exchange it as soon
as possible, AT NO CHARGE!

We will also exchange the water
cooler you are renting from us with a sanitized unit at your request. With a small amount of "home care" a cooler can
give years of quality service, but if you feel you are in need of an exchange, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL.

If you own your own cooler, we would be glad to give you a rental while we
clean and sanitize your water cooler.
