PROCESS OF GIVING YOU THE BEST WATER THERE IS 1. Prefilter - First,
incoming water passes through a filter which removes dirt and other particles. (e.g. sediment, plastic, and metals )
2. Water Softener or Ionic Exchange - From the prefilter, the water travels through
a water softener, which removes calcium and magnesium and replaces them with salt. Calcium and magnesium leave deposits
in the distiller, which causes problems in the distilling process. It is also easier for the distiller to remove salt from
the water than it is to remove other minerals. 3. Second Prefilter –
Here additional particles are removed to help prevent the solid carbon block from getting clogged. 4.
Solid Carbon Block Filter – This is a finer filter, which also removes organic chemicals from the water.
5. *Distiller: From the solid carbon block filter, water enters the distiller.
Within the distiller, the water is evaporated and the steam is captured, leaving the impurities (bacteria, metals, lead,
etc.) behind. The steam is then condensed and collected, resulting in extremely pure water. This process is just like Nature's
Water Cycle where the sun evaporates water into the air, and it rises up and is captured by clouds. Within the colder temperatures
of the clouds, the evaporated water (steam) is condensed into water once again and falls back to the earth as rain.
6. Solid Carbon Block Filter: This filter catches any remaining organic chemicals
that might have made it through the distillation process. From here, water flows into a large holding tank.
7. Ozonation: High concentrations of 03 are created and mixed
into the water as it sits in the tank, a process which kills any bacteria, if present. 8.
Ultraviolet Light: As it leaves the tank, water passes under an ultraviolet light as a final step in the purifying
process.
